  • Required to attend 3x's/week for 1 hour sessions
  • Initial Evaluation includes Blood Pressure, complete fitness evaluation, body composition and girth measurements. Re-evaluation upon completion of Bootcamp
  • Weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly body fat analysis
  • The program features a variety of training techniques designed to get you lean fast.
